Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped from within the United States from northern New Hampshire.
Orders packaged Monday through Thursday will be dropped off 1-2 days after. Orders placed Friday after 10am EST, Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until the beginning of the week.
If there is a holiday that the United States Postal Service is closed for we will not ship on that day and items will ship the next open business day.
Shipping is charged by weight and size. We will do our best to give you the most affordable shipping option for the size and weight of your items.
First Class & Priority provide a tracking number that will be emailed to the email address on the order.

Please note as the customer you are responsible for import costs, currency exchange rates, taxes, duties and customs of your order. These costs are in addition to the shipping and handling fees paid during checkout. These fees vary from region to region. If you refuse a delivery, any shipping charges, custom fees and return shipping will not be refunded.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, SB is not obligated to reship the package. Buyer will be responsible for the extra shipping costs to reship the item/s.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Please call your local post office and ask about your package. Have your tracking number ready, as well as the tracking information that can be found on USPS.com. Most packages are found with only a slight delay in delivery.
SB cannot guarantee a refund for lost or stolen packages, but will do our best to assist you with USPS claims.
Manufacturer Defects & Warranty
Sunflower Bottoms LLC provides product warranty for 15 days starting from the date that you receive your item. Warranty covers manufacturing defects: PUL delaminating, stitching, seams, elastics as well as product components such as snaps, hook & loop closures and fabric. For any defects we ask that you contact us at SunflowerBottoms@gmail.com or private message us on Facebook with photos of the defects.
Our warranty does NOT cover: Leaks, odor issues, repelling, staining, fading, elastic issues past 1 month of purchase, fit issues, excessive wear and tear or any other issues.
Warranty issues will be determined on a case by case basis.
Order cancellations on our end: SB has the right to cancel any order including products out of stock, pricing discrepancies, shipping fee discrepancies etc.
We accept cancelations of preorders within 30 days. For paid in full orders if you cancel your order during the preorder there is a $2 cancelation fee, for orders cancelled after the preorder is closed and before 30 days are charged a $10 or 20% cancellation fee. For lay-buy, Sezzle or paypal invoice layaway orders please refer to the lay-buy page. After the 30 days we do NOT accept cancelations or item changes to any preorders.
Out of stock: SB will refund out of stock, substitute a item of equally value at the buyers choice or give store credit. Please make a comment in the notes at checkout for substitute prints.
